Terms and Conditions

1. Our merchandise is sold only with the affirmation by the purchasers that, in  reselling or using fireworks, they will obey all pertinent laws – Federal,  State, County, City, and Municipality – in accordance with the laws and  regulations applicable at the point of destination. The purchaser (buyer)  knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally understands and will abide by all  rules & regulations in shipping, packing, resale & use of items purchased.
2. Please note that all merchandise is sold upon condition that GLITTER  MOUNTAIN FIREWORKS shall not be liable in any civil action for any arrest,  accident, or injury occasioned during the transportation, handling, storage,  sale, or use of merchandise.
3. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. ALL MERCHANDISE SOLD IS 1.4 g MERCHANDISE AND IS REGULATED BY THE CPSC.
5. Purchaser assumes all risks and relieves GLITTER MOUNTAIN FIREWORKS of  any and all liabilities associated with the use and transportation or resale of  fireworks.
6. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO PURCHASE FIREWORKS. A  valid out of state driver’s license is required. A photo of the license and a  signed release is required before entering the showroom.
7. All purchase must have 6% sales tax and 12% aerial Tax added to the total amount, Unless  we are provided with a current PA state tax exempt forms.

8. IT’S THE LAW: NO CHILDREN under the age of SIX are allowed to  handle sparklers or any type of fireworks, even matches!
